Shipping of physical copies of YerStory properties will commence ASAP after payment. There may be delays due to preparation of the shipping product. Any delays experienced by the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of YerStory. Any delay in shipping the purchaser may contact YerStory, but there is no guarantee of shipping time or change in expediency. This policy may change depending on extraneous circumstances outside of YerStory's control.
